Fried Potato Bread with Lyttle’s Creamed Leeks and Crispy Bacon

Smoked Duck with a Strawberry and Chilli Jam in Green Tea Cones

Caprese Skewers 

Locally Smoked Salmon with Lemon Mayo and Baby Capers on Homemade Wheaten Bread

Starter

Lightly Whipped Goat’s Cheese, with Heritage Beetroot, Mini Beetroot Meringues, Candied Walnuts drizzled with Honey, Balsamic Pearls and Micro Leaves

Honeydew Melon & Blackberry Salad with a Sprinkling of Pomegranate Seeds, Raspberry Coulis and Fresh Mint
