Please note these are very much just samples of what we can do – please contact our Wedding Coordinator who can issue you with a full copy of our Wedding Brochure, and put a bespoke menu together based on your requirements.

Tasting Plate of Irish Salmon – Smoked, Gravadlax and Rilette served with Lemon Aioli and Watercress Salad tossed in Virgin Olive Oil

Served with Artisan Breads & Irish Salted Butter

Main Course

Roast Chicken Supreme stuffed with Mozzarella & Sun Dried Tomato, wrapped in Pancetta with Buttery Mash, Baby Pearl Onions & Bacon Lardons in a Rich Chicken Jus
