Tasting Plate of Irish Salmon – Smoked Salmon, Gravadlax and Rilette of Salmon served with Lemon Aioli and Watercress Salad tossed in Virgin Olive Oil

Served with Wheaten Bread & Focaccica

Main Course

Roast Chicken Supreme stuffed with Mozzarella & Sun Dried Tomato, wrapped in Pancetta with Buttery Mash, Baby Pearl Onions & Bacon Lardons in a Rich Chicken Jus
